November 2011 Market Statistics - Year over Year

*Change in Median Sales Price              +0.5%
*Change in Inventory                              -18.3%

Sales are up and inventory is down.  That's a great position to head into 2012 as a tight supply will continue to stabilize our pricing in this market as indicated above. 

Thank you again to all of my wonderful clients that came to my wedding.  I know you've all been waiting a REALLY long time for that day and probably wanted to be there to make sure it actually happened.  I half expected a few of you to barricade the church door after I walked down the aisle, so thanks for restraining yourself. 
For all of you who said, "you're taking your family on your honeymoon? are you nuts?"...as it turns out, you were absolutely right.   We are now looking forward to anothermoon honeymoon alone...soon!  I had no idea that travel agent would book my parents room RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO MY HONEYMOON SUITE!!!
